Reload (Part 1).

We all know in fashion things always come back around. Some things are just timeless.

How Low Can You Go?

Right there has to be some rules about this somewhere, yet I still see men letting everyone see more than what we really want too, when it comes to bearing a American Gigolo 1970’s open neck shirt. One of the trends this season was to make men 'sexy' again, for some reason this reflected men opening a further 3-4 buttons, in an un-doubtfully cool Tom Ford manner.
Ostentatious opening up
The ultimate thing to remember is to undo as many buttons as you feel comfortable doing. If you feel uncomfortable in anything you’re wearing it is going to come across in your overall demeanour which is going to have the complete opposite effect to your gentlemanly style. Don’t run before you can walk.

Buttoned Up (too much)

Now, I thought everyone was clear about the amount of buttons that was meant to be fastened on a jacket but yet some people are still a bit over zealous about buttoning up, committing a serious six-form school boy error. Rule; only the one button done up of a suit jacket.

Stop it.

Mad Hatter

From Mick Jaggers Panama to Slash's Top hat, the hat has been a strong slick sartorial choice by many great men. Hats are a difficult thing to pull off nowadays, and an item of clothing that has fallen out of favour somewhat over the past half century, you used to be known what class you were in given the headgear you wore- thankfully those days are over. The New York Hat Company has taken it upon themselves for the past 25yrs to produce amazing styles from 100% wool felt to genuine Panama and Coconut straw hats, all made in the US. Thousands of styles to choose from but these are my picks.
