When it comes to dressing, you can have a bespoke suit, the sharpest shirt, but if you have the wrong shoes, you're up shit creek without a paddle.
Finally British shoe designer Marc Hare (Mr Hare) is on a self confessed mission; "a selfish pursuit for great shoes", long overdue in my opinion. Beautifully handcrafted in Tuscany, this seasons collection inspired by the designer's trip to Paris, it was easy to see the Parisian influences thought-out the collection from the tassel loafer to the classic brogue but with all the swagger and style of British design. But best not to spend too much over Christmas, prices start from £400.
